1. Uniform

Each Team member/associate is to wear a presentable and professional uniform as stated in this contract. If you show up for a job and are not wearing said uniform you will be asked to return home and change and a penalty of 50$ will be deducted from your salary. Our attire is business casual, wear a given **3M STUDIO’S POLO** or black sleeved shirt, with no graphics, and not low cut. Black slacks or pants, no shorts, or Capri’s or low-cut pants allowed. Wear comfortable footwear, sneakers are only allowed if black or black and white, no open toed shoes. Make sure they are comfortable; you will be on your feet all day. Please have good hygiene, and please keep perfumed cosmetics to a minimum.

2. Time

Your team lead will give you an arrival time, please **BE ON-TIME**. A penalty of 50$ will deduct from your salary if you late more than 20 mins from time assigned. Each event is different, some events last longer than anticipated. Please express to the team leader in advance if you have somewhere to be at a certain time after the event.

All rights to photos taken at any events are property of 3M STUDIO LLC. We have a contract and model release with the clients; releasing their images to 3M STUDIO only.

Photos/Video are to be used for portfolio and resume use only and cannot appear anywhere online or anywhere the public can see without labeling that the photos were taken under 3M STUDIO LLC. At no time may you profit by or represent any photos taken under 3M STUDIO LLC employment as your own.

If you want to use any image from the shoots, it must have 3M STUDIO written permission.

1. Be respectful of your Team leader’s role as main photographer/videographer. Assistants are expected to assist the photographer/videographer first, and shoot second. Make sure you stay with your main photographer/videographer at all times, unless instructed to do otherwise. Do not argue or undermine your photographer/videographer at any time or any circumstances (you can call Vinh anytime later to discuss). If you have your own personal photography business, at no time throughout the wedding may you hand out personal business cards or mention your photography/videographer business name or try to pull clients.
2. You are not allowed to talk to the clients, if you must, then conversation must be neutral, no religion, sexual or politics, and must be positive conversation.
3. You may not drink alcohol or smoke during a wedding at anytime. If any of this happens it is grounds for immediate termination.
4. Do not make a negative comment about anyone at wedding, there is always someone listening and that thing you say will get back to groom and bride and it will be never.

You will either be shooting with provided memory cards or your own. If shooting with your own we will download the pictures onto my computer immediately after the wedding. If shooting with provided cards you will give card back to photographer immediately after the shoot ends. Please see more information at www.3Mweddings.com/guidline

If there is a loss of photos/videos taken at a wedding, it is at the discretion of your Team leader whether you will receive your final payment or paying other fines from client is your responsibility. It is recommended you get liability insurance, if you cause damage at a wedding that requires replacement or punitive damages or event injury to guests, you will be on your own. You are being hired as a private contractor and are responsible for your own actions.

A minimum of 3 months’ notice or equal replacement is required if you are unable to assist for a wedding. If you cannot give a 3 months’ notice for an excusable absence you will be pay for the photographer/videographer that replace you at that time. If your absence is not excusable, or after your second offence your services will no longer be needed and you have to pay all the expense such as (airplane tickets/hotel). If you do not give notice and do not show up for a wedding, you will no longer a part of 3M wedding.
