GUIDELINE FOR PHOTO SECONDSHOOTER
Important:
- DO NOT drink or alcohol related when working
- ENSURE THAT NO GISK IF ANYTHING HAPPEN AT WEDDINGS. REMEMBER THE WEDDING ONLY HAPPEN ONCE.
- Keep a copy datas for your own Hard drive and keep it for 60 days until delivery to clients. And confirm with Bynn to delete it.
For tea ceremony
- Take photos mâm quả open and close (detail shoot)
- Take photo family getting ready
- Take photo for family (traditional photo)
- Take photo of bàn thờ gia tiền.
- Take photo cổng chào
- Take photo of make up
- Take photo of phụ dâu
- Take photo as directed by main photographer
For church
- Take photo of the whole church
- Take photo of decorations
- Take photo for guest
- Take photo as directed by main photographer
For reception
- Set up 2 lightings off flash
- Set up printer and connect wifi
- Set up tripod for guest photo
- Take photo to test guest photo
- Take photo as directed by main photographer
End weddings
- Collect all the equipments that provided
- Take photo and send it to group
After wedding
- REMEMBER Copy footage to personal hard drive and UPLOAD ALL FOOTAGES into 3M company drive (if you dont have access. ASK!)
- Always ask if you dont know. Dont assumed.
- Checking ALL the footages ensure they are uploaded into
3M Production Drive. - Contact Bynn (assistant) to confirm file uploaded.
- Keep a copy for your own Hard drive and keep it for 60 days until
delivery to clients. And confirm with Bynn to delete it.
